Street closures begin at MIDNIGHT Sunday, July 3, 2022, but will reopen by 11 PM on Monday, July 4, 2022 and include the following streets. All on-street parking throughout downtown and in the designated parking lots remains FREE! ï‚· Seminole Boulevard, from Palmetto Avenue to Mellonville Avenue; ï‚· 1st Street, from Sanford Avenue to San Juan Avenue; ï‚· Sanford Avenue, from Seminole Boulevard to Commercial Street; and ï‚· Mellonville Avenue, from Seminole Boulevard to 1st Street. ï‚· Marina parking lot is closed. Public Boat Ramps close at 10 AM and will reopen at 11 PM. ï‚· City Hall parking is also restricted for emergency (Police, Fire, Sheriff) personnel only. Note: On July 4th, both Venue 520 on the Water and Marina Isle Waterfront Assisted Living are hosting private celebrations on their property. Their parking lots will also closed all day with security granting access to guests with invitations only. Guests of the St. Johns River Steak and Seafood Restaurant, St. Johns Rivership Company, and Buzz Boats are welcome to walk up from the available parking as shown on the separate Parking Map for July 4th.
