The City of Sanford Human Resources Department provides administrative and technical support services to assist in the management of the City’s workforce. The core services provided by Human Resources include: recruitment, selection and processing of new employees, maintenance of the pay and classification system, maintenance of employee personnel records, administration of the City’s compensation and benefit program, and coordination of city-wide employee events.
