Halloween on 13th Street will feature live entertainment, music, food and a ‘trunk or treat’ for children from 6 pm -10 pm on Monday, October 31, 2022.  Live entertainment will include a skit and a dance performance. Hotdogs and drinks will also be provided.  Neighborhood kids can enjoy free trick-or-treating, dinner and entertainment and stay close to home. The applicant requests closure of Historic Goldsboro Boulevard, from S. Mangoustine Avenue to Oleander Avenue, from 5:30 pm – 11:30 pm on Monday, October 31, 2022.
